Registration Fee

Registration Fee: ¥6,000 (for two days)※member

Participation fee for non-member conference presenters：\30,000 (for two days)※non-member

Reception Fee: 4,500 JPY (October 24 only) *Members

Bento Lunch (Day 1 – October 24): 1,500 JPY

Bento Lunch (Day 2 – October 25): 1,500 JPY

Name badges will be prepared for all participants of the conference.

Registration and participation fee payment (credit card only) will be accepted online only.

Please note that only advance registration and participation fee payment (credit card payment) through Confit are accepted.

Cash payments on the day of the event will not be accepted.

Only members who have completed the membership process are eligible to participate. (Only those who have completed the

membership process by Month xx are eligible.)

A-Pass is an account that can be used repeatedly at other Confit-based meetings and for future meetings.

A-Pass eliminates the need to create an account for each meeting and to manage multiple email addresses and passwords.
